On Saturday 24 July our Russian community warmed up the atrium with their easy-to-make and incredibly tasty Russian food. The nation's cuisine derives its rich and varied character from the land's vast and multicultural expanse. Chef Iryna Zhemchugova of Vintage Café demonstrated Russian cooking followed by food tastings and brilliant, colourful performances.
